Return and Exchange policy

Returns

While we strive to provide accurate product descriptions and images, we understand that sometimes an item may not meet your expectations. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return policy.

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and with all tags attached. Simply contact our customer support team, and they will guide you through the return process.

Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure that it meets our return criteria. If approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refunds or cancellation: Once your return is received and inspected, we will initiate the refund process at the earliest possible. It takes 5 working days to refund your amount. We take cancellations if the cancellation is placed before we ship the order from our side. 

Exchanges

If you received an item that doesn't fit or prefer a different color or style, we offer exchanges. To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of delivery. They will assist you in selecting a suitable replacement.

Similar to our return policy, the item for exchange must be unused, in its original condition, and with all tags attached. Once we receive the item, we will inspect it and process the exchange. Please note that any price differences between the original item and the replacement will be handled accordingly.

It is important to note that we do not cover the cost of return shipping for exchanges. However, we will cover the shipping fees for sending the replacement item to you.
